PAE is notorious for underbidding contracts, then putting the burden on the employees. Jobs that were once done by 2 or 3 separate persons then get assigned to one person. If that doesn't work, they go back to the owner and ask for more money. Be aware. Working for PAE will be the hardest job you ever had, until they lay you off because they under bid.

Sick time, vacation time, personal day, Located downtown, Full time, day shift and weekend off.

Cons

Long hiring process. Overworked and under paid. You must lift boxes daily. There is no training at this facility. Management is very unorganized and the company is understaffed. Lack of recognition and respect. Low supplie.
