Pros
The exec teams really do work hard to keep the employees first, and those efforts are not always seen by the employees. At all levels, I've seen firsthand, the question on how can we make PAE a better place for our employees while meeting the requirements of our contracts. In my role, there is the support to really own what I'm working on without any micromanagement and my efforts are recognized. Cons
Government Contracting has its challenges. The teams have to work within the constraints of the contracts, which is hard on employees depending on the contract, which can leave a bad impression of the company.
