Benefits Package was great, not sure what it is now. PTO was good.

Politics, Politics, Politics... if Upper management could get out of their own way they probably could have scaled more efficiently and effectively, but all these wanna be silicon valley people wanted to tell people that actually worked in construction on what the expectations should be, a bunch of desk jockeys playing numbers games in their office, while people in the field were dealing with reality. A lot of pencil whipping numbers going on. Just not a company focused on winning.
