The people is what makes a company successful... everyone that I have been very lucky to interact with here at Opendoor, no matter what department they work in, all are great individuals! Very supportive and caring, we are all on the same page and help each other every chance we get. I've always said that it starts from the people at the top, they set the precedent and everyone follows, Great people! Another highlight is that upper management does listen to our concerns and they will really do their part to address any concerns and/or make adjustments to help operations be more efficient. This is what is driving and will continue to drive Opendoor to be successful.

Cons

No Cons to be honest... for a while there I thought the interview process here at Opendoor was very rigorous, but it all makes sense when you work here. This is why we have the very best people working for Opendoor.
