My coworkers were awesome—supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The team environment felt collaborative and friendly. Remote flexibility and decent tools for the job.

Cons

Management felt largely absent. They would say, "Let me know if you need anything," but rarely followed through when actual coaching or direction was needed. The initial training quickly became outdated due to constant changes, which made it difficult to keep up. There were a lot of red flags early on that made it hard to stay motivated—lack of communication, unclear expectations, and shifting priorities. High turnover and little transparency about long-term direction.
