Pros

- The idea is truly disruptive and in a great market - Many talented coworkers - Many ways product can go

Cons

- The company is bleeding money on operations and has a lot of cash in houses - Keith no longer active in day to day operations and leadership is junior - Very vulnerable to market conditions - Very hyped - Employees are overworked and there are high pressure expectations - Company looks out for itself first and doesn't treat people with respect
