+ Best team in the valley...smart, passionate people who motivate you to be better + Almost no attrition - it feelsl like we are celebrating an anniversary every week + Amazing product that delights customers + Leaders with no egos, no bureaucracy or red tape + Transparency: every company says they have it, but not many companies actually read you all of the investor pitches and board slides + Perks: Dog-friendly office, fun company events, wellness stipend, Uber credits, all of the free food and snacks you could ask for

Cons

- No one works 9-5, but this isn't really a con when everyone loves what they are doing. We also have unlimited vacation and people are able to take the time they need to relax.
