Remote, benefits provided, work atmosphere

Cons

Micromanagement, stingy with promotions, no respect for work/life balance & changes schedules without confrontation, not rewarded for good work, 0 communication between departments (changes made frequently w/o others knowing), clear favoritism, toxic positivity, inadequate trainings with lots of information causes damage more than help, upset customers & shareholders increasing on the day; high turnover rate is for clear reasons.

Nice people. competitive salaries. Good benefits.

Cons

Constantly making drastic changes to organization causing turmoil for employees and then when COVID happened they dropped 35% due to poor planning, IMO. They are top heavy with alot of upper management. The layoff was very impersonal as it was done on a group zoom for almost 600 people. Local management barely even expressed emotions about losing half of the staff.

None right now. The company went from a great place to work for to nothing. I bet Walmart treats people better at this point.

Cons

Removed a lot of perks for employees, bad management, no opportunities and on top of that, going through layoffs. Stay off this place.
