Good Pay and benefits but not worth the headaches

Cons

Very bad management, young adults that have no clue what they are doing. They claim to be a tech company but the software they developed does not work properly. Definitely not a tech co its a real estate co. The rate they are going it will be a sinking ship.

They try and make it a fun place to work but you don't have time to enjoy much of their amenities.

Cons

They prefer you working 7 days a week and no Overtime benefits. Unlimited PTO but they didn't really want you to take time off.

Pros

Most positions are over compensated for work rendered. Fully paid benefits and flexible vacation policy.

Cons

Lack of job stability, poor management, layoffs. The toxic political environment ensures that workers who drink with the boss are promoted, despite numerous performance issues. Hard workers are not allowed to shine. Ideas you bring to the table will be stolen and given to favorite employees who take credit for them. Lack of a good business plan or stability. People are overpaid in hopes they will not question bad business choices and that they may be laid off in 6 months. The company promotes excellent culture and values, and does not follow any of them. I have seen them turn their back on all of their listed values.
