Work is not so exciting plus alot of unhappy employees. Overall this location harbors a very negative work environment. Horrible location, poor quality of life in Florence SC Onsite Cafe food is just sad, mostly they are there to cater affordable food to labor. Not many restaurant options. outside sales position that traps you inside with administrative work. takes money out of reps earned IC for lost contracts when customer is canceling for reasons out of rep's control. pays quarterly IC with a 6 week pay delay so you have to wait until you are already halfway into the next quarter to get paid on the past...ends up being a game depending on when contracts or proposals book. invests very little into their customers, flaunts their profit growth, then blames the reps when the customer satisfaction rate is extremely low.
