The location is very good, many multinational companies are here. The working atmosphere is relatively relaxed and there is not too much pressure. There is basically no need to work overtime. Have time to think about problems and improve.

Cons

Plain and indifferent, lacking passion. The promotion space is small, the salary is average, and the competitiveness is not strong. Excessive pursuit of cost has led to overly complex configurations, sacrificing product quality.
