      Pros

      They pay very well, especially those that come with some experience.

      Cons

      Office politics and backroom deals are the name of the game here. If you like bureaucracy and doing most of your employee relations behind closed doors, then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      The ability to have a flexible work schedule and career opportunities outside of the US. Talented people but Senior management doesn't appreciate it

      Cons

      The has bee a lot of change in senior management. Senior management does not listen to employees that have been with the company for several years. Work life balance does not exist.

      Pros

      None: The absolute worst management and incompetent HR in the industry. The regional management teaches the intern managers how to break every ethic policy mandated by this company. Truly the worst place to work. They put incompetent people in management positions that have no leadership skills,and are just plain ignorant.

      Cons

      Same as above.they will verbally promise the world to you then totally reneg on the verbal agreements. There are more employees leaving this company then ever before.
