      Pros

      Great training program...that's all I can come up with.

      Cons

      Company culture is garbage, employees are treated as disposable. No internal support, you are hanging out on a wire trying to keep your head above water in your territory and management/ops does nothing to help. Incentives are not paid timely or fairly - they do everything they can to get out of paying you what you've earned.

      Pros

      Excellent pay, excellent benefits, outside of my particular branch, an excellent group of people to work for.

      Cons

      Sacramento branch is dysfunctional, borderline unethical, and no one seems concerned enough to deal with the micro-managing and over all bi-polar management.

      Pros

      Flexibility and location, vacations because no one knows how to track them. Managers act like they're blind so you can pretty much get away with anything.

      Cons

      Unethical company, reps drink on the company dime and have internal affairs (married & single) which cause high school drama in the office. Company will never open their wallet to keep talent and consistency.
