      Pros

      Very well paid, assume rapidly great responsibility, the benefits are above average an so is the bonus (when there is bonus!!)

      Cons

      poor life quality, No work/life balance, they say you may decide but it's not true, you must do what your boss tell you, high political behavior so people is trying to pull you down every step of the way, people doesn't matter at all it's a other resource as any other.

      Odebrecht has a very good culture of supporting and developing employees Odebrecht's remuneration is above average Odebrecht's retrenchment benefits are very good

      The project environment requires employees to work away from their families for extended periods of time, but this is not necessarily a negative reflection on the company.
