      Pros

      Very well paid, assume rapidly great responsibility, the benefits are above average an so is the bonus (when there is bonus!!)

      Cons

      poor life quality, No work/life balance, they say you may decide but it's not true, you must do what your boss tell you, high political behavior so people is trying to pull you down every step of the way, people doesn't matter at all it's a other resource as any other.

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
