The project management and field crews are good hard working people, Yet very Compartmentalized do to mistrust of company management.

Cons

Project Executives and Management are very unstable and very political in their considerations, nurturing a culture of favoritism and inner circle mentality. Lacking true leadership.

Great company to work for like family. I am still working for them as a Consultant

Old being replace by young, some time good other times not so good, experience count when the projects come to copmpleting on time and within budget. But thats coming from some one who has been in the business for over 50 Years.
