Pros
It's very easy to move among the companies of the Group. It is possible to work one year with construction and the next one with oil&gas. There is a lot of opportunities everywhere.
Cons
Still family owned, which means that politics can play a big role sometimes. Generally speakeing, employees are young people, but dealing with some older people who have developed a lifetime career at the company can be a hassle. There is a strong culture, which can be good, but can be overwhelming some times.
