The official title says "Editor" but the job is a glorified desk data entry job. The Bangalore team consists, of quite frankly, the most horrendous people I've ever had the misfortune to meet. "Team" is a loosely based term to describe these individuals, as there is no teamwork happening. The seniors are sexist, misogynistic and quite frankly disappointing to work with. If you are someone who's blinded by all the good work Nielsen has done over the years, and is actively looking/ considering this position, hoping to make the same impact, I assure you none of that good work is coming from this particular department.

Long hours, no work-life balance, forget about having a decent meal and having a weekend off. Managers play favorites and if you think it's easy to get Homes to sign on and say yes to what you are selling, absolutely NO! Going door to door can be fun but not when it is below zero. Company doesn't care about you and your safety just get the job done. Bonus was misrepresented bottom line, good luck trying to earn it and it changes all the time. Not the company that was presented to me, they will take advantage of you.
