Pros
It's a good place to start your career probably, and the tag might open doors for you, but the nature of the work here might as well shut those very doors if you stay too long.
Cons
The official title says "Editor" but the job is a glorified desk data entry job. The Bangalore team consists, of quite frankly, the most horrendous people I've ever had the misfortune to meet. "Team" is a loosely based term to describe these individuals, as there is no teamwork happening. The seniors are sexist, misogynistic and quite frankly disappointing to work with. If you are someone who's blinded by all the good work Nielsen has done over the years, and is actively looking/ considering this position, hoping to make the same impact, I assure you none of that good work is coming from this particular department.
