Pros

- Work on large scale data - AI/ML initiatives - WLB mostly chill

Cons

- Extreme focus on 5 days a week RTO to the point they track in-office hours, even when a lot of teams are geographically distributed. Some teams even work across different time zones so this kind of in-office requirement makes no sense. - Really bad hikes and below market salaries; the kind you see in Indian banks and SBCs. - The management style overall is more like that of a service based company rather than product based. - Core technology and processes are already built, most work is around it or migrating it to newer technologies. But you'd expect it from a big old company.
