      Pros

      There isn't much pro's unless you are good with Politics. Its more of a Political HUB than a company.

      Cons

      - No Job protection; Policies are adhered; HR is weak - Management are more of Bullies than Problem solver - Full of Favoritism - Most people have went up the ladder by staying more number of years with the firm and therefore act as gundas and are literally very less in terms of education. - No ethics

      Big Executive Level Ego's

      Pros

      Good variety of clients across many industry sectors.

      Cons

      Almost every year, company changing initiatives or strategies. Big promises and no follow through. Teams are held accountable which is fine, however no one holding senior exec's / directors accountable for poor decisions and the consistently low morals of the hard working team. Many employees treated with disrespect, unheard and shut down, its very much "my way or the highway"management style with most directors. However not all are like that, pure luck if you get a good, decent, not ego centric senior director. There are always changes going on, people coming, leaving, moving and a lot of dead wood that have been there many years and don't know / want to do things differently. If you can put up and navigate with all this then go for it and best of luck!

      Very political but cool if you do not want to work

      Pros

      Flexible working hours. Can work across different products/solutions. Can work from home. Being a women at the company is great.

      Cons

      Lots of politics and it is very toxic at the top level. The only people with major promotions have been with Nielsen for an "extensive" time period and that is normally +15 years. Being a man at the company is terrible. Location Macquarie Park.
