      Pros

      Openly being lied to, and knowing this happens 80% of the time helps you to know what to expect up front.

      Cons

      Bad management, no long-term planning, extremely bad communication (especially to all non-Israeli employees), distinct lack of taking responsibility, in general a company that likes to sit in first row and pretend they are the all-knowing head of the game, for as little money as possible. If one confronts management with the results of their actions, one better open an account with Monsterboard...

      The paychecks did not bounce.

      Cons

      So many. No raises. One year they said they were working on raises -- and then never mentioned it again. The next year -- did not mention it at all. Management is . . .l terrible and toxic. Finger pointing everywhere. Management messes things up and then looks for somebody to blame. No vision. No clue. Salaries way below market rates. Management ignores what you say and then complains you never informed them. I have had good jobs and bad jobs -- but never anything close to as bad as this. It makes Dilbert seem like an upgrade.

      If I have to give any, they have 2 coffee machines. That's really it.

      Cons

      Management have no idea of what we're facing, all they know best are push and push unreasonably, while giving little to no support. Be prepared to always feel abandoned.
