      The only thing that was good about working for Orsus was my team. My boss was amazng, the engineers I worked with were extremely intelligent. Company owner was disinterested.

      Pros

      Salary is good, international environment is great and you learn every single day, technology innovation is fantastic, you live an interesting mixture of cultures.

      Pressure, support, brand recognition... for a Sales guy is really disappointing that almost no customer or partner is happy with your company

      - Competitive Salary/Benefits - Lots of industry knowledge in the company - Attempting to implement Agile Development Methodology - Office space that promotes collaboration

      Where do I start... - Poor senior leadership in engineering - Lots of turnover at the senior management level over the past two years - High developer turnover - Product stability is poor, underlying technology is aging - Not enough straight talk about what the problems are and how to solve them - Frequent spending "freezes" to hedge bets on revenue performance - IT support is poor across all offices - Low overall morale - All major decisions must go through Israel and not enough visibility in Israel about what happens stateside - Ridiculous "normalization" of performance ratings
