      Good products, name recognition, market leader

      Cons

      CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! they pay well under the industry average, across the board. They're moving a lot of jobs off shore in order to not have to pay US based salaries. EVERY quarter they indicate that results are poor in order to justify poor raises/no raises, little to no bonus. After they've screwed their people the results come back as spectacular - record growth.

      very hard to find yet :),

      Cons

      lot of legacy folks with no much creative or innovation skils only stall others from growing. no value for hard work or innovation. achievers are set aside and asked to look out. very large micro managers who do not have any depth or IT skills in growing business or teams. very political and selfish leadership

      The people at Nice are great.

      Cons

      The software is extremely complex and interfaces with both telephony and other 3rd Party Applications. You will have to work very hard, lots of hours, and sacrifice personal life to be successful here.
