      MIS Team - Worst experience to work with NICE

      Good transport. low food quality.

      Cons

      Worst team leader and no one will hear your voice and due to wrong reporting to Management by the Team leader people get low rating during their appraisal. MIS Team leader don't deserve the position and he is the one who spoil the environment which result people started leaving the company even they don't want to go.

      Good place to learn - its sink or swim so you need to figure things out quickly Most customer facing personnel are willing to go the extra mile Access / Experience with FTSE100 customers

      Cons

      Lack of innovation, investment and strategy - feels like NICE just acquire now. A lot of infighting on deals between BU's and Regions on deals ignoring the customer needs / requirements Complicated commission plan External recruitment of Management Team members have brought in inexperienced and totalitarian managers to some BU's - if you don't have a good manager in NICE, you will struggle to achieve
