Pros

NICE gives some amazing gifts twice a year so that their employee can promote this on social media. If you are a non-technical guy then it is a good company to save ur position for a longer time.

Cons

FLS Team is one of the worst teams to work with. The management is running this like a call centre. You will be working, Handling products for more than 100+ customers and your work will evaluate on CSAT given by the customer. 2) there is no work-life balance due to rotating shifts. 3) There is some boot licking employees or leads who have made their position and they will not do any work. 4) Non -Technical managers coming from BPO backgrounds who don't know anything and sets the process which is getting amended every day. 5) the customer is the king even you are right at your place. You are just to make customers happy. 6) anyone who joins this team tends to leave this in few months. 7) you will have to log in to in contact (A tool used to receive phone calls) and you will monitor how much time you are logged in. 8) HR is useless. 9) Hike is in the range of 7%. 10) You will be interviewed on Linus SQL AWS cloud and all the products are on outdated Windows platforms. 11) For each case you will have to go and take Webex with the customer and work. It is so hectic to work on Webex. 12) the product and its technology are of no use outside NICE. no one knows what it does because only BPOs use this kind of technology.

Pros

Great culture. I feel fortunate that I’ve met some amazing people. Specifically saying this about In Contact, not NICE. In Contact really seems to care. Paul is a great leader.

Cons

-Work life balance is a joke. - Managers need to be leaders! Be an advocate for your employees. Not an adversary. Take the time to listen to feedback and have meaningful relationships. If you want happy employees, hire managers who actually care. -Onboarding process is hands down the most disorganized I e ever experienced in my career.

Pros

Good Food and cultural activities

Cons

I started to work in nice at July 2019 and along with me 13 new folks also joined nice for the same role Level 2. One day after pandemic, we got to know that they are closing the Nice office from Bangalore and shifting to Pune. I was happy because Pune is near to my hometown but my confirmation call was pending from my management. Before that the manager call was completed with those guys who was hired last year and this year they all were fired. Finally I got the calender invite from management and they informed me that you are not eligible to move to Pune location and after 2 months your services will be terminated from Nice. I am salaried person and I asked them to not fire me as my dependents are there and my family ( Wife and 22 Months Child) fully depends on my salary. God never shows that time to anyone. But I was confident and during these 2 months period I gave 12 interviews and got 4 offer letters from big organization's. Now let me tell you about inside the company policies which applicable on US, Israel employees not for everyone in India. Lots of work load and after hard work during appraisal time your hike will depend on the relations inside the company. If you are going for smoke break with your Manager and Director then you will survive easily. Doesn't matter how you are working. No Learning opportunities in the company. If you are looking for Job security and learning opportunities then my suggestion will be don't go with this organization.
