      Just a label of product company.

      Cons

      Really worrying pain point is non tech managers in tech managers role. You try to make them understand but nothing improve. Lots of politics. Promotion given based on length of service not on basis of performance.

      Bad Projects, Bad Management, Weekend Working

      There are no good reasons to work here

      Cons

      Their projects are completely crap. The kind of work you get is like making documents, analyzing tools and making configuration changes. The technical growth is very very less. The stubborn management will expect you to do crappy work on weekends. The planning is disastrous. Management will assign you work for weekends and they themselves will go on long vacation.

      Pros

      Good work life balance depend on the project nature Onsite possibilities if you are working in Actimize Some additional good perks like wellbeing amount or Year end gifts

      Cons

      Having very aggressive growth strategies, which end of the day impact the employee stability. Having hire & fire policy, if they feel they do not need you, it wont take much time to say goodbye. The CTC structure is weird, it sounds attractive in numbers, but in-hand amount is less than expected.
