This company’s management makes false promises saying they have surplus cash reserves and they wont layoff anyone. The management does not even stick to their words. Managers are puppets and dont take stand of their subordinates. They are forcing many of their employees to resign. Since being an long term employee for more than half of a decade, these people asked me and many more to resign reasoning performance issues even though my performance was “Successful”. They purposely play dirty politics and degrade the performance. The managers lack skills. Never ever join this organisation, you will spoil your life and career. Many like me were the sole bread earners and because of unethical behaviour of thos companys management, our families are suffering and finding it difficult to survive.
