Pros

Medical benefits are good, and they are available day 1 Vacation benefits are good, but you are discouraged to take them.

Cons

Only Israeli nationals are promoted to executive positions. Lack of investment in allowing employees to succeed in supporting Customers. Asks a lot of employees, but does not give much in return Work/life balance is nonexistent This is the worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Nice coworkers and friendly environment to work for. The benefits are normal but nothing to go crazy over. Around a lot of nice places to eat.

Cons

Company has no idea how to work with the American portion of the company. They will hire people from Israel and train them before they will give you a promotion.

Pros

- Fully remote remote work is available for some positions - Yearly bonus (which was a static amount that didn't increase), which they are going to start taking away next year. - Work/Life balance can be good, depending on the role and your direct manager.

Cons

- Doesn't do cost of living raises - Doesn't do merit raises unless you are in the top 1% and then the merit increase is less the 5% regardless of - Doesn't do any sort of pay adjustment when moving to a completely different position - They have recently implemented a "bottom 10% doesn't get any kind of bonus" and are likely going to start firing the bottom 10%, the metrics are very vague so it will be easy for anyone to be fired. This is a policy that has been tried at several large companies like Microsoft and all of them abandoned this policy. - You can be moved to a totally different role with different responsibilities and team with no notice or adjustment to pay.
