Pros

Hybrid working . That is it! Given most organizations are now already working as hybrid for 12 months or more, this really isn’t a pro or a reason to join Nice.

Cons

Don’t be fooled into joining this organization by social media or a well trained Recruitment agent selling you the dream. Nice is NOT nice. The only opinion senior leadership value is their own. Say goodbye to having a voice .If you do manage to exercise your basic right to having an opinion, make sure it aligns with managements. Sales and senior leadership are superior to EVERYONE else. Please note this may not apply if you are from Israel or know someone higher up in the business. Toxic work culture with complicated processes, lengthy approval routes.Outdated systems not fit for purpose, resistance to invest in anything that could improve backend processes. Culture of Micromanagement. High turn over - revolving door of good people who leave or are exited Basic salary compared to the market, even more basic benefits if you could call them that.No point in having a private medical insurance policy if the terms are designed to make it as difficult as possible to benefit from.If you have a ‘pre existing condition’ it’s worthless to you anyway. Bypass this company at lighting speed!

Pros

you can work from home

Cons

One particular salesperson is a diva. She will make your life miserable if you aren't part of the "in crowd". The management is the worst I have ever seen. It is one big clique.

Thanks for your feedback. At NICE, our "pay for performance" philosophy and focus on internal mobility and growth ensures that strong performers are appreciated and duly compensated. We have many employees who have advanced through multiple roles, irrespective of gender, age, ethnicity, or any other orientations. Additionally, when ContactEngine was acquired by NICE some 2 years ago, the reasons included the remarkable tech that sets the benchmark on Proactive Conversational AI and the brilliant and dedicated team that continue to grow the business today, and who, nearly all, still remain at ContactEngine. There has always been an open-door policy at ContactEngine, allowing employees to ask questions, and receive feedback and insights.

Pros

It’s a job but keep looking

Cons

Horrible regime to work under, based in Israel, they buy up small tech companies with a great infrastructure, give any senior roles to a faceless names in Israel and disband the effective team they bought. Do not care about employee satisfaction, sales are king everybody else is worthless to them. Avoid
