The customer base is strong. They are financially fit.

Cons

The Portfiolo Solutions Engineering position is a glorified Technical Account Manager position. You'll only work with current customers. Most of which have currently implementation issues. You'll never demo a product as only sales engineers actually demo here. You are also just a cog in a huge wheel that has a culture that runs on fear and loathing. You will get great experience, but at the cost of losing your individually as the place is very robotic, very corporate, and doesn't value a person's mental health or general well being.

management bends over to customers with no push back, sets unreasonable deadlines, expects employees to push themselves to meet 2 week releases with no time for testing. Support staff is incompetent and no effort is made to fix this. Management claims the constant release cycles will slow and allow time for testing, but disregards this for any customer demand no matter how small or trivial. Sometimes a release build will be produced and then release literally two hours later with no warning. Also, no 401k matching.

Cons

no incentives, no bonuses, NO ADVANCEMENT!!!! They will give you every excuse why they won't give you a raise. A lot of nosey and fake people. Managers who don't know how to talk to people or show favoritism. Now a lot of turnover! Mostly the whole department is new. That should tell you they have a hard time keeping people.
