      Worst Management at FLS

      Good Teammates, Nice HR people, Stylish workplace, Good transport management

      Cons

      Lets talk particularly about FLS (support). I don't understand the problem with Indian top management, the one who prefers buttering would be given challenging tasks and at the other side, the ones who behave like as they are, would made to play dirty games. This is strongly against professionalism. Meetings will be held just to show on outlook and no realistic issues would be discussed, I don't know if top management (VP, AVP) are aware of this. Leads and managers just don't work on the feedback given by an employee and they will keep doing favoritism. Senior employees are treated like waste. Would suggest to not to join this team at least.

      Cons

      Never hear from your manager. Never get feed back from management The management will fire you on a whim. And will violate they're own employee handbook by not doing a performance plan.

      Do not join. Worst ever experience and one of the worst company

      1. Hiring and firing is the default nature of this company. 2. Zero appreciation from management to employees. 3. Accepting offer from this organisation means you are bound to work on weekends. 4. Manager and director plays lots of politics. You can’t trust them at any time. 5. Appraisal is below average. 6. While firing, they will put you on PIP with no reason even though you are performing candidate. 7. They force employee to promote the company on social media. All positive reviews on glassdoor is an example of that. Do not trust on those reviews.
