      As a Senior DSM you have a lot of freedom to run your business

      Cons

      If you have an advanced degree in Calculus, and a CPA, and have a compensatory lawyer on hand you MAY get paid your commissions. There are so many loopholes in the commission plan. President’s Club 2021 here. We spend most of our time working through commission issues and implementation problems. If you are in software sales, do not join this organization. We have had 4 RVPs resign, countless District Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. The CEO, Paul Jarmon, is worthless. He cows down to the NICE CEO, Barrack. NICE InContact is not the same company I joined five years ago!

      Interesting technologies. Smart colleagues. Good schedule. Beautiful views from the NJ office to Manhattan.

      Cons

      Israeli/NYC management culture leaves a lot to be desired. NICE is a very average employer in terms compensation, bonuses, benefits and work environment. They are making money hand-over-fist but seem to think the rewards should go to the executive suite and shareholders, and not to the rank and file employees. Arrogant. In internal meetings people shout a lot and talk over one another. As a non-Israeli, this feels rude, unproductive and tiresome. As long as they keep importing management from Israel, I see this problem perpetuating. It makes the rest of us tune out and not bother sharing our ideas because to do so requires you to enter into the shout fest.
