Pros

No good reasons to work for this company

Cons

This company is made up of unprofessional managers. The HR department is only there to assist the managers with enforcing the cruelty done to employees who are targets. The HR department is made up of unskilled personnel, incapable of getting anything done. The company has a good CEO, but he needs to reselect the people who reports to him. Beware.

This organization will implode

Pros

Great coworkers, and former coworkers. Not much else to say.

Cons

Where to start? Lies to customers. Sells them services they cannot, nor intend to ever deliver. Completely unethical. Not the same reputable organization I started with. Has lost a huge amount of talent in the Americas, leaving a small team to hold the ship together while it sinks. Support is being shifted to India, and the engineers there are not prepared. Quality testing of the product has been phased out to cut costs, creating unstable environments for customers who are already getting inferior support because there are so few people left who even know what they are doing.

Pros

-Your direct manager and team could be great. Mine are. -I've only seen two layoffs in my long tenure, and neither was recent. On the down side, they prefer to smoke employees out with blows to morale. I'm not sure if this is true of all locations, but it's a well-defined pattern in the US.

Cons

-This is an expensive place to work. The pay isn't great, promotions are rare, benefits are poor, and insurance is very costly. You must use your own personal smart device to log in and work, but they offer no device, service, or data reimbursement. -Employee performance scores are given based more on company politics than employee performance. -Culture of finger-pointing and extreme micromanagement. Upper management often blames and criticizes without investigating. -Hybrid work model is rigidly and pettily enforced. We had more flexibility to work remotely as needed before the policy was in place.
