      Pros

      I loved working with all different employees and managers across NGKF's offices - but HR was not a healthy environment.

      Cons

      NGKF does not care about what they pay their employees - the brokerage side is what makes the company money and is all that they care about. In the Human Sources department, if senior management doesn't personally like you then you have no opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is what drives HR and senior management will push you out until you are miserable.

      Pros

      I have hardly any pros to share about this company with the exception that you will be exposed to many bright people.

      Cons

      Company does not respect employees at all. Very tumultuous and aggressive environment with no real focus on an actual business plan. This company favors poor behavior from the senior management level that borders on harassment. Save your technical talents, Tririga, Maximo or Archibus, and go work for a company that actually will know your name at the end of the day.
