Poor communication from corporate Little to zero desire to help individuals grow internally Expectations are not set from management (brokers are not managers) Little to zero culture False sense of hope is often preached and never fulfilled

Pays well and the office is nice, that's about it!

Cons

Bunch of Trump supporters, if you want to work in an unbiased, accepting environment this is not the place for you. They promote nepotism, racism, sexism and conservative political persuasions. If you are not a wealthy white male you will not do well in this office regardless of your skill set.
