Friendly staff, supportive management, good work life balance, pay not bad. Most fee earners generally on the ball and very knowledgable about their area of expertise

Cons

A little bit old fashioned, IT systems need an upgrade. on the whole not much wrong, a bit more training for stuff would be useful

Strong corporate identity, visible leadership, quality branding

Cons

Extremely dated software, IT, office management strategies, minimal budget, poor benefits, no 401K matching, little assistance from corporate. Overworked staff, micro-managing of every single product created that doesn't directly generate large amounts of revenue.
