Pros

Not micro managed, location is decent... there are really no pros about this department, I am racking my brain trying to think of some and I cannot. I am putting in my notice soon and happy to get the heck out of this organization!

Cons

No incentives, employees run as they please, no evaluations or goals to meet, work is repetitive and redundant, my peers' favorite words are "that's not my job," no training, terrible IT, software is old and ran by dinosaurs, no ability to offer change or creativity, this company needs a serious structure makeover! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pros

There are some few good people that still try to care about others.

Cons

1. Lies. The job descriptions are lies. The HR lies to hire qualified candidates. The management lies about how important to you. They lie how much work is to get done. The lie in reports to each other. If you don't lie, you'll learn. 2. Outsourcing. Firing people left and right has been ongoing for years. Sometimes for no reason, but most recently for outsourcing to India. Even Indian-decent people in US were replaced with people in India. 3. CIO and management. My 3 year old is smarter, with more soft skills, and more tuned to people needs. They are not even trying to hide how bad they are and berate and abuse you straight in your face, especially if you are female. 4. No growth. They feed on getting top talent (because of the name recognition), suck them dry with empty promises, and spit them out when they are burned out. I literally heard from their mouth that they will not promote internally. Sad, such small people. 5. Pace of work. Everything is started and nothing gets done properly because they constantly push you to newer shinier thing. The result is systemic disorganization and lack of any positive structure for the future. One person would have to work 20 hrs 7 days a week jobs to complete all assigned work and still not make a dent.
