Pros

Staff is amazing. Everyone is willing to help when needed. Casual dress attire. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Treats their tenured employees like garbage. No structure. No training for new programs that get rolled out. Inconsistency throughout offices. So many tools to do your job, but NONE of them work properly. If you're not a broker, you're not important. Health insurance is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Pros

They talk a good game and throw a lot of money around when they are trying to recruit you.

Cons

Everything takes forever then they don't honor their agreements. HR is not your friend and will not help you when you need it. Look at the pending lawsuits against them (and their related entities), how they have treated whistle blowers, and the best indicator of all is the sliding stock price. You would be much better off at CBRE, JLL, or even Colliers. Don't trust them.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. If you want to be miserable at work every single day, then maybe this is for you. Otherwise stay very far away!

Cons

Horrible work culture. Horrendous human resources department. There is nothing good about this company.
