This company is not worth it. Keep looking, you got this!

Cons

Terrible management, no work from home flexibility, bad benefits, no leadership, low pay, long hours, no flexibility. I took this job when I was desperate - wish I hadn't. None of it was worth it - your mental health and well being is not worth it. There is a reason why this company has so many terrible reviews and most of them have a pattern. The writing is on the wall.

Pros

Good Vacation and ok benefits package. Snacks and drinks are always provided. Annual bonuses based on performance.

Cons

Limited upward mobility for designers. NO company 401k match. Raises are always a living wage increase of 2.1% or the sort. Brokers are difficult and more times than not disrespectful and impatient. No understanding of the design and marketing process. It's just text and photos to them "shouldn't be difficult, elementary". You'll work extremely long hours.

Everything has to be approved by corporate - in a company of 10,000 its easy to fall through the cracks when its time for promotion
