Most of the coworkers are really nice, but unhappy and afraid when dealing with management.

Cons

Management is absent and really disconnected. Pay and benefits are subpar.

Pros

Basic benefits, non matching 401k, and federal holidays.

Cons

No structure, no training, no motivation, no raise, and a bonus which is 4% of your salary with 2% being in cash and 2% being in stock which is vested 33% each year over 3 years (i.e. a couple hundred dollars a year). Management lies, so there is no trust. Layoffs at the same time as bonuses are announced. Just a miserable place to work.
