Pros

The paycheck and benefits - that is not saying much.

Cons

Leadership has poor listening skills, is often moody/belligerent, puts in minimal effort, and indulges in gossip/pot-stirring. I was repeatedly told explicitly and implicitly that I had to kiss "you know what" to get far in the company. I am now brought to my other point, management is filled with unqualified people due to favoritisms or nepotism. Leadership also puts on airs. They often talked about how important they were which was off-putting and unprofessional. It often felt like baby-sitting. I spent more time organizing and random favors instead of doing real administrative work, and I have a Bachelor's with honors.

Parking garage access Access to multiple eateries w/in walking distance

Cons

Company culture? What company culture?! Leadership NON-existent; VP/Owner does NOT hold brokerage team accountable (speed of the leader, speed of the crew) Employee morale in the tank Software tools not effective; must use 2-3 platforms to achieve a single task Brokers held to different standard than support staff HORRIBLE health care plans No 401k match, which you *must* put into Building location sits on top of a very busy and extremely loud train track
