Pros

Sure! Here's a redrafted version of your pros list with a more polished tone for a Glassdoor review: - Established, well-resourced company with broad industry presence - Competitive compensation and benefits - Opportunity to work with some genuinely talented and supportive colleagues - Certain teams and leaders foster a positive, collaborative environment but they are few and far between

Cons

- The culture often resembles a high school dynamic, where popularity and social alignment matter more than skill or professionalism - Leadership tends to reward those who “manage up” and conform, creating an environment where favoritism thrives and bullying goes unchecked - Lack of transparency and inconsistent decision-making from leadership erodes trust across teams - Unqualified and inexperienced individuals are frequently promoted into senior roles, further undermining capable professionals - Diversity and inclusion are treated as buzzwords, with little meaningful action — those who don’t fit the mold are often marginalized - Psychological safety is low; speaking up is discouraged and can have negative consequences - Competence and critical thinking are often seen as threats rather than strengths - Many high-performing professionals either burn out, are pushed out, or choose to leave due to the toxic environment

Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

This is just a pyramid scheme. No salary like advertised, strictly commission. They first act like they’re interviewing you for a job bu,t the entire “interview” is just a pyramid scheme pitch. They barely even ask about your experience, knowledge, skills, etc. they just try to pitch it to you by saying how much money you “could make” which is completely unrealistic. After that, they try to get you to go to a compensation meeting so basically just another person pitching the scheme to you. Don’t fall for it. Waste of time
