no leads, no development, understaffed management positions, over emphasis on people within affinity markets. no time spent into educating and evaluating the competency of your sales force. Miserable retention rate even compared to industry and company low standards.

Equal opportunity! There are no favorites. You will get out of this opportunity what you put into it. The management team is awesome and the other agents are so helpful. Our main competition is ourself and there is room for everyone to succeed. Training and expense allowance the first 3 years.You owe it to yourself to try this

Make sure you have $$ for the first couple months until commissions start coming in. Leads are not provided, so you will be calling your warm market and working off referrals. So, if you are afraid to call friends and family, think twice about this.
