Cons

Hierarchy is based on tenure and not merit. A lot of low performing employees who are still around simply because they have been there a while.

No pros they try to make you sell to friends and family make you do meetings 7 times a week minimum that are all useless and a waste of 15+ hours, all unpaid this is a compensation only job
