Pros

Very transparent structure to the career progression that is based on meritocracy which basically means you know exactly what you need to achieve in order to receive your next increment or promotion. This results in a very fair system and creates a consistent environment where you can progress your career based on what you do rather who you know! Uncapped bonuses makes for a very lucrative career for anyone who has a flair for sales and a strong work ethic, which means you are in control of your earning potential.

Cons

The pressure of working in a sales based environment will always provide it’s up’s and down’s however given that recruitment is fundamentally different to other sales role in that you are not selling an product (such as a car or a phone) it brings with it a different level of complexity and levels of pressure. An example being if you have secured someone a position but they decide to renege and accept another position a couple of days before they are due to start.

Pros

Navartis are a very professional organisation, and operate at the highest level of quality throughout all areas of the business. It is the perfect platform for Recruitment professionals to make a successful career, and to build on personal strengths to maximise individual potential. I started as a trainee recruitment consultant 6 years ago, and in this time, I have been very fortunate to have managed a team, carried out internal training responsibilities, and to now be working as one of Navartis’ 1st Principal Consultants. Career paths are clearly mapped out from day one, and with the ongoing help, support and encouragement from Managers and especially our Directors, there’s always the luxury of finding the career path that’s right for you. Away from careers and performance, Navartis has a real family feel about the place, and this is credit to our Directors who have shaped the business in this way.

Cons

There’ always going to be pressure in the role but Navartis certainly rewards you for the hard work and effort that you put in. I can personally vouch for this.

Pros

Having worked at Navartis now for 9 years , I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for the ongoing training and investment in my career and helping me develop throughout the years. I have seen many of my colleagues go from strength to strength through sheer determination, personal support from the MD & Directors and also the learning & development team. Navartis has seen significant growth year on year and I myself, have progressed from the sole administrator to becoming the Operations and Credit Manager, my role is forever developing and growing each day and I now manage a team of 9 members of staff each dedicated to assist the business in running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Cons

It is a high-pressured business to be a part of due to our constant ambition for growth, but the benefits and rewards are simply like no other and outweigh any company I have ever known. There are opportunities for you to grow with the company and you are supported along the journey, I for one am very proud to be part of the Navartis Ltd family.
