It is the perfect platform for Recruitment professionals to make a successful career, and to build on personal strengths to maximise individual potential. I started as a trainee recruitment consultant 6 years ago, and in this time, I have been very fortunate to have managed a team, carried out internal training responsibilities, and to now be working as one of Navartis’ 1st Principal Consultants. Career paths are clearly mapped out from day one, and with the ongoing help, support and encouragement from Managers and especially our Directors, there’s always the luxury of finding the career path that’s right for you. Away from careers and performance, Navartis has a real family feel about the place, and this is credit to our Directors who have shaped the business in this way.
Cons
There’ always going to be pressure in the role but Navartis certainly rewards you for the hard work and effort that you put in. I can personally vouch for this.
