Full training provided for all levels of professionals, whether you're new to the industry or an experienced recruiter you will get all the training and support you need to make your mark. Good atmosphere, every day is different and if you can roll with the punches of recruitment, you'll do well!

Cons

Recruitment in general is a hard role, you need to be able to dust yourself off when things don't go your way, but this is part and parcel of working with people on finding their career path!
