By the far the most flexible company I've worked for in terms of work/life balance. They offered me the option of creating my own schedule, working a flex/compressed schedule, on top of being able to work from home. Benefits are great and everyone I work with is easy to get along with.

Cons

The company has 5% brand recognition. No Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) options for working, and webmail is stuck on Outlook 2010.
