      Pros

      Very interesting diverse work. Processes aren’t well defined so there is room for us PgM’s to implement.

      Cons

      Too many reorganizations and poor management at times. When a reorg happens there is no expectation to learn what’s in place so information and processes go out the door. Simple organization is gone. Example new confluence wires and google drives without adding/altering what’s already in place. Impossible to keep information straight this way.

      - Executives are incredibly strong in both technology and business. - Code of conduct that provides for a great working environment. - Employees all are valued and well compensated leading to a happy and engaging workplace. - My 43 year career culminated in 10+ years at NVIDIA. My decision to join NVIDIA was the best decision of my working life.
